Sacrament of Matrimony

The Sacrament of Matrimony signifies the union of Christ and the Church. It gives spouses the grace to love each other with the love with which Christ has loved His Church; the grace of the Sacrament thus perfects the human love of the spouses, strengthens their indissoluble unity, and sanctifies them on the way to eternal life. [Catechism of the Catholic Church 1994 Reference: 1661]

To celebrate the Sacrament of Matrimony in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish couples must call the Parish office at (410) 956-2883 for information on preparation at least six months prior to the planned wedding date and be registered members of the Parish.
