I.  0 my God, I am sorry for all my sins,
because they displease You,
who are all good and deserving of all my love.
With your help I will sin no more. 

II.  0 my God. I am most sorry for ever having sinned,
and I detest all my sins because I fear the loss of heaven and the pains of hell
but I am sorry most of all because I have offended You, my God.
Who are all good and deserving of all my love.
With your help I am determined to confess my sins,
to do penance, and to amend my life. Amen. 

III.  O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended you,
and I detest all of my sins because of thy just punishment.
But, most of all because I have offended you, my God,
Who are all worthy and deserving of all my love.
I firmly resolve, with the help of thy grace, to sin no more
and to avoid the near occasions of sin.
