Haiti Festival & OLPH Cooking Competition

Please Join the fun!  Sunday, January 31, 2010 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. in Marian Hall

OLPH Chefs
 Warm up your pans and prepare to enter your favorite dish in our friendly competition.  All ages welcome.
Please help support he feeding program for the children of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Parish in Perodin, Haiti

The theme this year is "So you think you can cook".  Chefs and chef in the making of any age are invited to enter the contest. The cooking competition will be divided into two age groups - Youth and Adults. Chefs are asked to make their favorite dish, whatever it might be, and bring to Marian Hall on Sunday, January 31st where our gues chefs will be on hand to determine the best dishes. Our guest chefs will be Rick Smith from Bayside Bull; Mary Oberman, chef and private caterer; and possibly Fr. Mark Logue, pastor of OLOS and former cruise ship chef.

There will be prizes awarded to the winners in each category, age group, etc.

Money raised will go to help with the feeding program at our sister parish.
