The board of Parish Corporators meets four times a year to conduct and oversee the work of the parish corporation.

  

Membership includes Archbishop of Baltimore, Auxiliary Bishop for the Eastern Vicariate, Pastor, and two Appointed Members from Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish.
